Job Overview
We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated HR Executive with hands-on experience in recruitment. The ideal candidate should be capable of managing the end-to-end hiring process, coordinating with candidates, and supporting day-to-day HR activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for various positions.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, and other hiring channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct telephonic interviews.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Prepare offer letters and assist with onboarding formalities.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment reports.
- Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring requirements.
- Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience.
- Support general HR operations whenever required.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of recruitment experience.
- Good understanding of recruitment processes and hiring techniques.
- Experience using job portals such as Indeed, Naukri, or LinkedIn is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
