Role Summary:
Outbound calling role focused on converting leads into demos and customers. This is a high-activity, target-driven position.
Must-Have Criteria:
Experience: 1–3 years in telesales / inside sales
Language: Fluent in English and Tamil
Daily Activity: Comfortable handling 100–120 calls/day
Funnel Handling: Lead → qualification
CRM Discipline: Daily lead tracking and updates
Targets: Experience in achieving monthly revenue targets
Core Responsibilities:
Make 100–120 outbound calls per day
Qualify leads (budget, need, timeline)
Schedule demos and drive conversions
Maintain accurate CRM updates
Achieve weekly and monthly targets
Skill Requirements:
Clear and confident communication
Ability to handle objections (price, delay, not interested)Deliver a compelling 2-minute product pitch
Maintain call quality despite rejections
