Position: Admission Coordinator cum Counselor

Candidate requirement:
- Candidate with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Outspoken, confident and forthcoming personality.
- Atleast 6 months prior experience of similar work in the education or hospitality sector (Admissions/Counselling/Client Relationship).
- Strong ability to maintain and nurture relationships with B2B clients, customers and students.
- Self-motivated, target-driven and capable of bringing in more business.
- Fluency in English, Hindi and Assamese is mandatory.
- Graduation required.
- MBA/PG in Marketing, Counselling or related field is preferred.
- Should have basic knowledge of maintaining Excel Sheets/Google Sheets.
- Should be able to draft letters in English.
Job Description:
- Talk to potential customers and B2B clients and convince them to enroll
- Attend calls from leads and follow-up on the leads
- Maintain cordial and professional relations with B2B clients, potential customers, and boarders of the hostel after admission.
- Conduct counselling sessions and guide students/parents through the admission process.
- Maintain regular interaction with boarders for day-to-day affairs and ensure their comfort and satisfaction.
- Act as the point of contact for queries, support, and feedback.
- Build strong relationships and bring more business to the company through networking, follow-ups, and referrals.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth admission and post-admission experience.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
