Call Handling: Receive incoming calls (inbound) to answer customer questions or make calls (outbound) to give information or follow up.
Product Knowledge: Explain services, plans, or offer procedures clearly in Tamil.
Basic Job Requirements Language: Excellent spoken Tamil and basic understanding of English.
Education: Minimum 12th pass, Diploma, or any Degree (Freshers are welcome). Skills: Good listening, clear voice tone, patience, and basic computer knowledge.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
