We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented E-commerce Executive to manage and grow our seller accounts on Amazon and Flipkart. The candidate will be responsible for product listings, order management, campaign optimization, and overall marketplace performance.
Key Responsibilities Marketplace Management
- Handle Amazon & Flipkart seller accounts (A to Z management)
- Manage product listings, cataloging & optimization
- Ensure proper pricing, inventory & stock updates
Order & Inventory Management
- Monitor daily orders, returns & cancellations
- Coordinate with logistics & warehouse team
- Maintain inventory levels and avoid stockouts
Performance & Growth
- Track sales performance and generate reports
- Analyze competitors and pricing strategies
- Improve product ranking & visibility
Advertising & Promotions
- Run and optimize Amazon Ads / Flipkart Ads campaigns
- Plan deals, discounts & promotional strategies
- Increase ROI and conversions
Content & SEO
- Optimize product titles, descriptions & keywords
- Improve listing quality for better ranking
Account Health
- Monitor account health metrics
- Handle customer queries & feedback
- Resolve policy issues, claims & penalties
Requirements
- Basic knowledge of Amazon Seller Central & Flipkart Seller Hub
- Understanding of e-commerce operations & digital marketing
- Good communication & analytical skills
- Knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets
- Ability to handle multiple tasks
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Amazon PPC campaigns
- SEO knowledge for product listings
- Experience in catalog management tools
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
