We are looking for a highly creative and experienced Senior Interior Designer to join our team, who will take the lead on designing inspiring, functional, and forward-thinking interior spaces for educational buildings.

Job Duties / Responsibilities
1. Undertake design project from concept to completion 2. Define project requirements and schedule during the “brief” 3. Interpret and translate customer needs into rough plans 4. Work closely with designers, decorators, architects and constructors 5. Team Coordination
Desired profile of the candidate
1. Develop innovative interior design concepts specifically tailored for educational environments, ensuring they foster learning and engagement. 2. Prepare accurate detailed working drawings, layout plans, and elevations. 3. Accurately prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQs) and material specifications for projects. 4. Create compelling visual presentations and confidently pitch design concepts to clients and stakeholders. 5. Collaborate seamlessly with architects, junior designers and other team members to ensure cohesive design integration. 6. Conduct regular site visits to coordinate with contractors and vendors, ensuring execution aligns perfectly with the approved designs. 7. Take ownership of project timelines, ensuring all deliverables and milestones are met efficiently. 8. Continuously explore new materials, sustainable practices, and emerging global trends in educational design. Software proficiency: AutoCAD, Sketchup, Lumion & Enscape. Excellent leadership, communication, and time-management skills. Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously without compromising on quality.
Experience & Qualification
Minimum 4+ years experience.
Salary range
35,000 to 70,000
