Work Mode: Work from Office
Working Days: 5 Days (Rotational Shifts)
Location: Pune
Salary: Up to ₹4.5 LPA
Requirements:
- Graduate or Undergraduate can apply
- 1 Year International BPO Voice & Blended Experienced Mandatory
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Comfortable with rotational shifts (including night shifts)
Responsibilities:
- Handle international customer queries via calls, chat, or email
- Provide accurate information and ensure customer satisfaction
- Meet performance and quality parameters
- Maintain professionalism and adherence to process guidelines
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
