Roles & Responsibilities - Identify and approach potential customers. - Generate leads through referrals, networking, and field activities. - Explain life insurance products and recommend suitable plans. - Build and maintain strong customer relationships. - Achieve assigned sales and business targets to earn attractive incentives. - Assist customers with policy applications and documentation. - Provide after-sales service, including renewals and claim support. - Follow up with prospective and existing customers regularly. - Attend training programs to improve product knowledge and sales skills. - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales. - Follow company policies and ethical sales practices. - Contribute to team growth and maximize performance through incentive-based achievements.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
