- 8–15 years managing journals and books publishing production workflows successfully.
- Strong expertise in scholarly publishing, XML workflows, typesetting, and quality assurance.
- Proven leadership managing production teams, client relationships, and delivery schedules effectively.
- Excellent project management, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills under deadlines.
- Experience with publishing technologies, workflow automation and process improvements.
