- 5+ years as an Enterprise Agile Coach or expert in a product‑based operating model, preferably in infrastructure.
- 10–12 years of Agile/Lean process improvement experience in large enterprises.
- Strong understanding of organizational agility and ability to coach across leadership, product management, and teams.
- Expertise in systems thinking, organizational behavior, operating models, and change management.
- Ability to operate across all hierarchy levels.
- Experience leading Agile transformations in globally distributed environments.
- Organizational design experience and ability to address systemic impediments while coaching leaders.
- Hands‑on experience with Jira or similar tools.
- Ability to translate team‑level activity into leadership‑focused insights.
- Experience driving continuous improvement via metrics, retrospectives, and experimentation.
- Strong facilitation, coaching, and communication skills.
- Comfortable navigating complex environments with established processes.
- Experience coaching multiple teams or working at program/portfolio level.
- Experience coaching senior leaders/executives.
- Familiarity with flow metrics, outcome‑based measures, and improvement frameworks.
- Agile coaching/Scrum certifications (RSM, CSM, PSM, ICP‑ACC, RST).
- Demonstrated collaborative, flexible, empathetic, and curious mindset.
