· 4–10 years of experience in CMS / Payments Testing (role-dependent). · Experience in Banking, FinTech, or Financial Services domain is mandatory. · Testing certifications (ISTQB, CSTE) are a plus. · Strong knowledge of Cash Management Services / Transaction Banking. · Hands-on experience in payments, collections, and liquidity products. · Understanding of banking systems, core banking integration, and interfaces. · Experience with test management and defect tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, ALM, Zephyr). · Knowledge of SQL for data validation. · Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills. · Good communication and stakeholder management abilities. · Experience with SWIFT messaging formats (MT/MX). · Exposure to digital banking portals and host-to-host integrations. · Understanding of end-of-day (EOD), settlement cycles, and cut-off processing. · Experience in Agile / Scrum testing environments.
