Job Summary
Hyper DigiTech is looking for a creative and result-driven Social Media Manager to manage our online presence across multiple social media platforms. The ideal candidate should be passionate about digital marketing, content creation, audience engagement, and brand building.
Key Responsibilities
- Create, plan, and execute social media strategies.
- Manage company profiles on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter (X), YouTube, and other platforms.
- Create engaging posts, reels, stories, and promotional content.
- Schedule and publish content regularly.
- Monitor social media trends and competitor activities.
- Respond to comments, messages, and customer inquiries.
- Run and optimize social media advertising campaigns.
- Track and analyze performance metrics and prepare reports.
- Collaborate with graphic designers, video editors, and marketing teams.
- Increase brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms and best practices.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing and branding.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge of content creation tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or similar software.
- Familiarity with Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and social media analytics tools.
- Creativity, time management, and multitasking abilities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
- Freshers with strong social media knowledge are encouraged to apply.
- Relevant certifications in Digital Marketing or Social Media Marketing will be an added advantage.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in managing business social media accounts.
