An HR Recruiter is responsible for attracting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring qualified candidates to meet an organization's staffing needs. The recruiter collaborates with hiring managers to understand job requirements, manage the recruitment process, and ensure a positive candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing requirements.
- Create and post job advertisements on job boards, social media, and company career pages.
- Source candidates through databases, networking, referrals, and recruitment platforms.
- Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
- Conduct phone, virtual, and in-person interviews.
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
- Perform background checks and employment verification.
- Extend job offers and negotiate compensation within company guidelines.
- Maintain accurate recruitment records and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and company hiring policies.
- Participate in career fairs, campus recruitment, and employer branding initiatives.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
