Key Responsibilities
1. Video Editing
- Edit high-quality videos for digital platforms (Instagram, YouTube, OTT, ads, reels, performance campaigns).
- Handle end-to-end post-production: cutting, color correction, transitions, and final output optimization.
- Adapt edits for multiple formats (vertical, square, landscape) and platform-specific requirements.
2. Motion Graphics & Animation
- Create compelling motion graphics, animated explainers, title sequences, and branded content.
- Design visual assets aligned with brand identity and campaign objectives.
3. AI Video Production
- Utilize AI tools like Hailuo, Higgsfield, Flow etc., for:
- Video generation
- Background replacement
- Visual enhancement and upscaling
- Integrate AI into creative workflows to reduce turnaround time and increase output volume.
4. Trend Analysis & Content Strategy Alignment
- Stay updated with social media trends, viral formats, meme culture, and platform algorithm shifts.
- Translate trends into brand-relevant video content ideas.
- Work closely with marketing and strategy teams to align creatives with campaign goals.
5. Creative Conceptualization
- Contribute to ideation for videos.
- Storyboard and visualize concepts before execution.
- Bring fresh, innovative visual approaches using both traditional and AI techniques.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2–5 years of experience in motion graphics and video editing (agency or production house preferred).
- Proficiency in:
- Adobe After Effects, Premiere / Davinci, Photoshop, Illustrator
- Strong working knowledge of AI video tools
- Strong sense of design, typography, pacing, and storytelling.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working on performance marketing creatives.
- Knowledge of 3D tools (Blender, Cinema 4D) is a plus.
- Basic understanding of sound and music syncing.
- Exposure to scripting or prompt engineering for AI tools.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹33,000.00 per month
