Roles & Responsibilities:
- Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- Monitor team performance and provide regular guidance and support.
- Create and maintain sales funnels, reports, and daily activity trackers.
- Handle client interactions, negotiations, and follow-ups whenever required.
- Train new team members and help improve overall team productivity.
- Coordinate with management regarding sales planning and target achievement.
- Ensure proper communication and discipline within the team.
- Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews.
- Support the team in closing deals and generating business opportunities.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
