About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Service Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a passion for delivering a seamless customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries via calls, emails, and chat in a professional manner
- Resolve customer complaints and provide timely solutions
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure quick issue resolution
- Provide product/service information and guide customers effectively
- Build positive relationships with customers and ensure customer satisfaction
- Follow company processes and maintain service quality standards
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1–4 years of experience in customer service/support roles
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office
- Positive attitude and customer-first approach
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in SaaS, IT, or product-based companies is a plus
- Graduate in any discipline
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
