- Prepare and serve specialty coffee, espresso-based drinks, teas, and other beverages as per company standards.
- Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and quality of all beverages.
- Supervise and guide junior baristas and café staff.
- Train team members on coffee preparation techniques and equipment usage.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene at the coffee station and equipment.
- Monitor coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other inventory and report stock requirements.
- Ensure proper calibration and maintenance of coffee machines and grinders.
- Handle customer queries and complaints professionally to ensure a positive guest experience.
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards.
