Job Summary:
We are looking for an energetic operations Executive to join our team at VS Trans – Nungambakkam Branch. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in field operations like checking cargo dimensions, cfs stuffing, lashing supervision, transport coordination etc.
Key Responsibilities:
- visiting CFS, port, customer factory for cargo loading/unloading operations
- Need to visit cfs, port for identifying project cargoes and providing inputs to the sales
- Follow up on transport movements and to send timely updates
- Should coordinate with CHA team, work on check list preparation, SI submission and work for form 13 in Odex system.
- Prepare and submit weekly reports as required.
- Coordinate with the team to ensure timely and quality service delivery.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 2–3 years of experience in operations.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving license (preferred).
- Basic computer knowledge – MS Excel, Email, CRM tools.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
