Summary:
As a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer, a typical day involves configuring and supporting packaged or software as a service applications to tailor features according to evolving business requirements. The role includes managing application releases and ensuring the overall stability and performance of the systems. Daily activities also involve utilizing standard tools, application programming interfaces, and low-code platforms to deliver solutions that align with organizational goals while maintaining compatibility across various environments. Collaboration with different teams to monitor and optimize application functionality is an integral part of the work routine.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement application enhancements.
- Monitor application performance and troubleshoot issues to maintain system reliability.
- Document configuration changes and maintain knowledge bases for future reference.
- Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Azure Data Services.
- Experience with cloud-based data storage, processing, and analytics solutions.
- Familiarity with application programming interfaces and integration techniques.
- Knowledge of low-code development platforms and their application in enterprise environments.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to packaged or software as a service applications.
- Understanding of release management processes and version control systems.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Microsoft Azure Data Services.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
