The candidate will be responsible for planning, managing, and overseeing the
overall operations of the centre in Chennai. The role includes
ensuring smooth program delivery, managing the centre team, achieving student
and training targets, maintaining stakeholder relationships, and creating a
positive learning environment for students and staff.
Roles and Responsibilities
● Lead and manage the overall operations and functioning of the centre
● Supervise coaches, counsellors, mobilisers, and support staff
● Ensure achievement of student enrolment, training, and program targets
within specified timelines
● Maintain strong relationships with educational institutions, industry partners,
and stakeholders
● Ensure smooth coordination and delivery of all training activities and centre
operations
● Monitor program performance, student engagement, and training quality
● Handle escalations and operational challenges effectively
● Conduct regular review, feedback, and mentoring sessions with team
members and students
● Maintain employee motivation, teamwork, and a positive work culture
● Ensure proper implementation of organisational processes, policies, and
reporting systems
● Uphold the organisation’s values and maintain the reputation of the program
● Encourage an atmosphere of continuous learning and professional
development within the centre
● Support outreach, mobilisation, and placement-related activities whenever
required

Minimum Eligibility Requirement
Education Qualification: Graduate or above
Age: 30 – 40 years preferred
Experience
5+ years of experience in education, skilling, training, or program management
roles. Candidates with prior experience in CSR skill training projects,
educational institutions, or youth development programs will be preferred.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
