Job Responsibilities:
Deliver theory and practical training in Electrical & Solar inverter systems
Train candidates on wiring, installation, maintenance, and safety
Conduct hands-on sessions, assessments, and demonstrations
Maintain training records and ensure safety compliance
Required Skills
Strong knowledge of Solar PV systems and renewable energy technologies.
Hands-on experience in installation, testing, and maintenance of solar systems.
Knowledge of electrical wiring, earthing, inverters, batteries, and charge controllers.
Familiarity with electrical safety standards and PPE usage.
Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
Ability to conduct practical demonstrations and field visits.
Basic computer skills (MS Office, PowerPoint, Excel).
Salary: As per Experience
Educational Qualification
Diploma/B. Tech/B.E. in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field.
Experience: 2-4 years of related industry
