IT Infrastructure & CCTV Support Engineer
Location: Mazagon ( Nearby Mumbai Dockyard)
Employment Type: Full-time. 5 Days Work Week
Experience Required: 2–5 years in hardware, networking, and CCTV systems
Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain hardware systems, network devices, and CCTV setups
- Manage and troubleshoot Wi-Fi networks, servers, switches, and Outlook/email configurations
- Perform scheduled deployments, patching, and system updates across client environments
- Monitor and maintain LAN/WAN infrastructure, ensuring uptime and performance
- Provide onsite and remote support for hardware, networking, and surveillance systems
- Document configurations, deployments, and issue resolutions for internal tracking
Required Skills
- Strong hands-on experience with:
- Wi-Fi setup and troubleshooting
- Server and switch configuration
- Outlook and email client support
- CCTV installation and monitoring tools
- Familiarity with scheduled deployments, patch management, and basic scripting (preferred)
- Ability to work independently and coordinate with cross-functional teams
Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Computer Science / Electronics / IT
- Relevant certifications (CCNA, MCSE, etc.) are a plus
