About the Role :
We are looking for an experienced Senior Drupal Developer to lead development initiatives, mentor junior developers, and act as the primary technical liaison between our India team and US-based stakeholders. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical expertise in Drupal, excellent communication skills, and experience managing complex web projects.
Key Responsibilities :
Leadership & Project Management :
- Lead and mentor junior developers to ensure sprint and project deadlines are met.
- Review, approve, and maintain high-quality code standards.
- Act as the primary point of contact between the India development team and the US client team.
- Manage communication across different time zones and ensure timely updates and escalations.
Project Administration :
- Track and manage team hours to support billing and invoicing processes.
- Ensure accurate time logging across projects and tickets.
- Maintain overlap availability with Eastern Time during active support windows.
Quality & Delivery :
- Lead QA and regression testing before and after releases.
- Own release coordination, deployment validation, and rollback decisions.
- Enforce best practices related to accessibility, security, performance, and code quality.
Technical Responsibilities :
- Develop Drupal themes, Twig templates, reusable components, CSS/SCSS, and JavaScript modules.
- Build and maintain custom Drupal modules, Webforms, integrations, and configurations.
- Ensure WCAG 2.1 AA / Section 508 accessibility compliance and cross-browser compatibility.
- Troubleshoot issues related to Drupal, Acquia, Akamai, Salesforce, Google Analytics, GTM, and caching systems.
- Perform database synchronization, cloning, and environment management.
Required Skills :
Drupal Expertise :
- Strong experience with Drupal 10/11.
- Hands-on experience with Themes, Modules, Views, Webforms, Configuration Management, Caching, and Permissions.
Integrations :
- Salesforce integrations, lead routing, submission validation, and troubleshooting.
- Google Analytics (GA) and Google Tag Manager (GTM), including event and campaign tracking.
Development Tools :
- Git workflows, pull requests, code reviews, release management, and rollback processes.
Requirements :
- 8+ years of hands-on Drupal development experience.
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience working with US-based clients and distributed teams.
- Immediate availability is mandatory.
Pay: ₹2,200,000.00 - ₹2,600,000.00 per year
