Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end credit & operations for SME loans.
- Conduct credit appraisal and ensure proper assessment of borrower eligibility.
- Oversee loan processing, documentation, and timely disbursement.
- Ensure adherence to credit policy, risk guidelines, and compliance requirements.
- Coordinate with field teams for customer onboarding and verification.
- Review and validate group formation and SME processes.
- Handle operational issues and ensure smooth branch functioning.
Key Requirements:
- Experience in JLG lending operations.
- Team handling.
- Strong understanding of credit assessment and risk management.
- Knowledge of loan documentation and regulatory compliance.
- Good leadership and team coordination skills.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
Pay: ₹313,794.39 - ₹500,000.00 per year
