The Vice President – Academic will lead MSM Unify’s global academic strategy, overseeing the design, delivery, and quality of educational programs and learning experiences across the platform. This role provides strategic academic leadership, drives innovation in curriculum and pedagogy, and ensures that all programs align with MSM Unify’s mission, educational standards, and regulatory requirements.
1. Strategic Academic Leadership
Provide vision and strategic direction for MSM Unify’s academic initiatives and programs, ensuring alignment with overall business goals and student outcomes.
Define academic roadmaps, priorities, and frameworks that support scalable, high-quality growth across markets.
2. Educational Program Development
Oversee the design and implementation of innovative educational programs, courses, and learning materials that leverage technology to enhance teaching and learning.
Ensure programs are outcome-driven, market-relevant, and aligned with global best practices in education and edtech.
3. Curriculum Design and Quality
Collaborate with subject matter experts and instructional designers to develop and enhance curriculum frameworks and learning pathways.
Establish and maintain academic quality benchmarks, including regular monitoring, evaluation, and improvement of program effectiveness.
4. Research, Innovation, and EdTech Integration
Stay updated on global trends in education, online learning, and educational technology, and translate insights into academic innovation.
Lead R&D efforts to pilot and scale new approaches in teaching, assessment, and learner engagement.
5. Academic Partnerships and Collaboration
Build and nurture partnerships with academic institutions, educators, and industry experts to co-Make and strengthen MSM Unify’s academic offerings.
Represent MSM Unify in academic forums, discussions, and strategic collaborations to enhance academic credibility and influence.
6. Academic Team Leadership and Development
Lead and mentor instructional, academic, and curriculum teams, driving a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Provide professional development opportunities, coaching, and performance management for academic staff.
7. Regulatory Compliance and Governance
Ensure compliance with relevant educational regulations, accreditation standards, and data privacy requirements across markets.
Oversee academic policies, governance structures, and documentation to ensure integrity and transparency.
8. Stakeholder Engagement
Engage with internal and external stakeholders including institutional leaders, educators, learners, and partners to gather feedback and strengthen academic impact.
Communicate academic vision, performance, and insights to senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
