We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Manager to take ownership of day-to-day warehouse operations and ensure efficient, safe and well-organised facility management.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage complete warehouse operations, including inward, storage, inventory, picking, packing and dispatch.
- Plan warehouse layout, storage capacity and utilisation.
- Manage manpower, shifts, work allocation and daily productivity.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock audits.
- Ensure proper handling, storage and movement of client goods.
- Coordinate with clients, transporters, vendors and 3PL partners.
- Monitor inward/outward movement, stock reconciliation and dispatch schedules.
- Maintain warehouse hygiene, safety, security and operational standards.
- Track warehouse expenses, manpower costs and operational efficiency.
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly operational reports for management.
- Handle client requirements, operational issues and service-level commitments.
- Implement SOPs and improve warehouse efficiency and space utilisation.
Pay: Up to ₹45,000.00 per month
