Job Responsibilities:
Manage and coordinate the complete sampling process from sample initiation to final development.
Coordinate closely with the Design, Pattern, Cutting and Stitching departments to ensure smooth and timely sample development.
Follow up with respective teams to ensure samples are completed within the required timelines.
Coordinate with designers and pattern makers to understand design requirements and ensure accurate sample execution.
Monitor the complete workflow from design → pattern → cutting → stitching → finishing.
Ensure timely movement of samples between different departments.
Identify delays or issues during the sampling process and coordinate with the concerned teams for quick resolution.
Maintain proper tracking of sample status and provide regular updates to the Design team.
Ensure samples are developed according to the required design, measurements, construction and quality standards.
Coordinate revisions and alterations based on designer/buyer feedback.
Maintain proper records of samples, comments, approvals and pending developments.
Ensure smooth workflow and timely sample development, as sampling is a critical part of ongoing projects.
Required Skills:
6–7 years of relevant experience in garment/apparel export house, preferably in sampling coordination.
Strong coordination and follow-up skills.
Good understanding of garment sampling and production processes.
Experience working closely with Design, Pattern, Cutting and Stitching teams.
Ability to manage multiple samples and meet strict deadlines.
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of MS Excel/MIS for sample tracking will be preferred.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
