What You’ll Be Doing (Your Mission):
- Own the Pharmacy: Take full responsibility for day-to-day operations, streamlining processes to ensure seamless patient care.
- Master the Inventory: Track stock levels tightly. Order fast-moving medicines and specialized aesthetic products ahead of time so we never run out.
- Kill the Dead Stock: Use your analytical skills to spot slow-moving items, minimize waste, and keep inventory lean and efficient.
- Data & Decisions: Prepare sharp monthly stock and sales reports to give management a clear picture of pharmacy performance.
- Be the Gatekeeper: Maintain strict quality standards, proper storage conditions (especially for temperature-sensitive aesthetic medicines), and compliance.
Who We Are Looking For:
- The Go-Getter: A young, energetic, and self-motivated professional who doesn't wait for instructions but takes charge.
- The Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience working as a registered pharmacist (experience in a premium clinic or hospital is a huge plus).
- The Skills: Strong organizational skills, comfortable with inventory management software, and basic Excel/reporting skills.
- The Attitude: High integrity, great communication skills, and a problem-solving mindset.
