As a Sales Executive, you will be the face of Wiseway Financial Services. Your primary responsibility will be to drive business growth by identifying new financial sales opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and guiding them toward the right financial products and services.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Prospecting: Actively seek out new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, field visits, and digital channels.
- Client Consultation: Understand the unique financial needs of prospects and pitch appropriate financial services/products effectively.
- Sales Closure: Conduct presentations, negotiate terms, and successfully close sales deals to meet or exceed monthly targets.
- Relationship Management: Maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Market Analysis: Keep track of financial market trends, competitor activities, and feedback from the field to optimize sales strategies.
Requirements & Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field (preferred).
Experience: 0–3 years of experience in sales (experience in banking, insurance, loans, or financial services is a major plus; freshers with strong communication skills are welcome to apply).
Skills:
- Excellent verbal communication and negotiation skills.
- Fluency in Malayalam and a good command of English.
- A strong result-driven mindset with the ability to work under target pressure.
Locality: Candidates residing in or around Calicut with a valid driving license and two-wheeler are highly preferred.
