Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.
- Understand hiring requirements and prepare sourcing strategies.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, and networking.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Manage salary negotiations and offer rollouts.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Meet hiring targets within defined timelines.
Required Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good understanding of recruitment lifecycle.
- Experience using job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.
- Strong sourcing and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously.
- Good negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
Pay: ₹10,107.41 - ₹40,000.00 per month
