Job Description
We are looking for a Growth Marketing Executive with 2–3 years of experience to help grow our software and digital services business. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in performance marketing, SEO, lead generation, and analytics.
Responsibilities
- Manage Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns
- Generate high-quality B2B leads
- Perform keyword research and implement SEO strategies
- Optimize website content and landing pages
- Monitor website performance using Google Analytics 4 and Search Console
- Create and execute email marketing campaigns
- Analyze campaign performance and improve ROI
- Prepare weekly and monthly marketing reports
Requirements
- 2–3 years of digital marketing experience
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads
- Good understanding of SEO (On-page & Technical)
- Experience with Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, and Search Console
- Excellent analytical and communication skills
- Experience in an IT, SaaS, or software company is preferred
Nice to Have
- LinkedIn Ads experience
- Basic WordPress knowledge
- Canva or Figma knowledge
- AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude)
