About Position
We are looking for a Cyber Security Awareness & Training Specialist to design and run security awareness programs that strengthen the human layer of our security posture.

What You’ll Do
- Design, deliver, and continuously improve enterprise-wide security awareness and training programs.
- Plan and run phishing simulation campaigns and analyze results to target interventions.
- Develop engaging training content – e-learning modules, newsletters, posters, and micro-learning.
- Track awareness metrics and report on behavioral risk reduction to stakeholders.
- Align awareness initiatives with compliance requirements (ISO 27001, NIST, regulatory mandates).
- Partner with HR, Communications, and business units to embed a security-first culture.
Expertise You’ll Bring
- Between 8 to 12 years of experience in security awareness and training.
- Experience designing and running security awareness and behavior-change programs.
- Hands-on with phishing simulation and awareness platforms (e.g., KnowBe4, Proofpoint, Cofense).
- Strong content development, instructional design, and communication skills.
- Understanding of social engineering techniques and human-risk factors.
- Familiarity with security frameworks and compliance requirements.
- Excellent stakeholder management and presentation skills.
