Job Summary:
KGRN Chartered Accountants L.L.C is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Associate I – ICV with 0–1 year of experience in internal controls, validation, or valuation. The ideal candidate will support the execution of control testing, validation procedures, or financial analysis engagements. This role offers exposure to diverse clients including SMEs and large corporations, and an opportunity to build expertise in risk assessment, financial validation, and advisory services.
Roles and Responsibilities:
● Assist in executing internal control reviews, validation procedures, or valuation assignments in line with firm methodologies and professional standards.
● Perform testing of internal controls, financial data, and supporting documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance with applicable standards.
● Conduct risk assessments and identify control gaps, inconsistencies, or financial anomalies.
● Prepare and maintain working papers, validation reports, and supporting schedules.
● Support in documenting processes, control frameworks, and business workflows.
● Assist in preparation of reports, presentations, and client deliverables.
● Identify operational, financial, or compliance issues and escalate to senior team members.
● Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks while maintaining quality and accuracy.
● Collaborate with cross-functional teams including audit, tax, and advisory as required.
● Stay updated with regulatory requirements, accounting standards, and industry best practices.
Qualifications & Skills:
● Education: B.com, or MBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification.
● Experience: 0–2 year of relevant experience in internal controls, risk, audit, or valuation.
Technical Skills:
● Basic understanding of accounting standards (IFRS / IND AS / GAAP).
● Knowledge of internal control frameworks (e.g., SOX, COSO) or valuation techniques is an advantage.
● Familiarity with risk assessment and validation methodologies.
● Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); knowledge of analytical or audit tools is a plus.
Soft Skills:

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
