Responsibilities:
- Generate leads and actively reach out to potential customers interested in studio spaces for photo shoots and content creation.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
- Conduct site tours for prospective clients, showcasing the studio's facilities and amenities.
- Negotiate and finalize rental agreements, ensuring terms are mutually beneficial.
- Collaborate with other teams to develop strategies for attracting new clients and promoting studio services.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to effectively position our studio in the market.
Requirements:
- Proven track record in sales, with experience in B2B or commercial real estate sales preferred.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong networking abilities, with the confidence to cold call and engage with potential clients.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive approach to achieving sales targets.
- Familiarity with photography and content creation industry is a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Office and Google workspaces for sales tracking and reporting.
Experience: 2+ years in sales or relevant field.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
