Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented professional to manage administration,
operations, and recruitment functions. The candidate should be capable of handling multiple
responsibilities, ensuring smooth office functioning, and supporting organizational growth
through effective coordination and hiring.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage overall office administration, including maintenance of records,
documentation, and office resources to ensure smooth day-to-day functioning
* Oversee operational activities by coordinating with different departments and
ensuring timely execution of tasks and processes
* Handle end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews,
and coordinating with hiring managers
* Manage onboarding processes, documentation, and employee records while
ensuring a smooth joining experience
* Maintain accurate data, reports, and ensure adherence to company policies and
operational guidelines
Key Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (HR/Business Administration preferred)
* 6 month -2 years of relevant experience in Admin/HR/Operations
* Strong communication and coordination skills
* Basic knowledge of MS Office
* Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
