Role Overview
We're looking for a proactive and client-focused Client Servicing Executive (Social Media) to drive the success of our client and internal social media assets. This role is perfectly suited for an individual with a strong foundation in social media management and client relationship-building, who also possesses a keen eye for content quality and consistency across handles. A core component of this role will be actively managing the day-to-day success of assigned client and internal accounts, ensuring seamless coordination between creative delivery and client expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end management of social media handles for assigned clients and internal/owned brands
- Act as the primary point of contact for client communication, briefs, approvals, and feedback loops
- Coordinate with the creative team to ensure content is delivered on time and aligned with brand/client guidelines
- Track content calendars, posting schedules, and platform performance for each handle
- Monitor engagement and basic performance metrics; flag issues or opportunities to the team
- Ensure consistency and quality across all managed accounts
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in social media / client servicing (agency background preferred)
- Hands-on experience managing multiple client handles simultaneously
- Strong communication and client-relationship management skills
- Working knowledge of social media platforms, scheduling tools, and basic performance reporting
- Ability to multitask across client and internal accounts
