We are building a strong systems-driven team and looking for a responsible Inventory In-Charge to manage and control our stock operations efficiently.
Job Summary
The Inventory In-Charge will be responsible for managing raw materials, finished goods, packaging materials, and outlet stock. The role requires strong attention to detail, stock accuracy, coordination with vendors and production, and maintaining proper documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate stock records (raw material + finished goods)
- Daily inward & outward stock entry
- Monitor minimum stock levels and inform management
- Coordinate with production and outlet team for stock supply
- Conduct weekly and monthly physical stock audits
- Manage FIFO (First In First Out) system
- Track damaged, returned, and expired products
- Prepare daily/weekly stock reports
- Vendor coordination for material dispatch & receipt
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organized rack system
Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of inventory management
- Good Excel / stock software knowledge
- Strong attention to detail
- Organized and disciplined personality
- Basic calculation and reporting skills
- Ability to handle pressure during dispatch days
- Honest and responsible attitude
Qualifications
- Graduate preferred (B.Com / BBA / Any Graduate)
- 1–3 years experience in inventory/warehouse preferred
- Freshers with strong discipline and learning mindset can also apply
