- Lead efforts to improve operational processes and implement best practices to enhance system performance.
- Mentor junior team members by sharing expertise and guiding problem-solving approaches.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Network Infrastructures.
- Strong understanding of network architecture, protocols, and security principles.
- Experience with incident management and problem resolution in complex IT environments.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with vendors and cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues.
- Skilled in creating and managing Requests for Change and maintaining comprehensive knowledge base documentation.
