QUALITY ANALYST – CHAT & VOICE PROCESS

JOB SUMMARY
We are looking for a Quality Analyst with experience in Chat & Voice processes to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for quality audits, identifying process gaps, providing feedback, and supporting process improvement.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Audit chats and calls regularly
- Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA)
- Analyse CSAT/DSAT and provide recommendations
- Participate in calibration sessions
- Coordinate with clients and internal teams
- Provide process and product improvement inputs
- Prepare professional client communication
- Monitor KRA & KRI targets
- Maintain basic reports using MS Excel
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in any stream
- 6months to 2 years of experience as a Quality Analyst
- Experience in Non-Voice (Chat) & Voice processes
- Good communication skills in English & Hindi
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good attention to detail
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel
- Knowledge of Cryptocurrency & Trading is an added advantage
