Job Description – Sample Coordinator
Experience: 6–7 years
Responsibilities:
- Handle day-to-day sample development and coordination.
- Check sample patterns, measurements, cutting, stitching, and finishing.
- Supervise the complete sample team and tailor work.
- Should have good knowledge of treadle work, embroidery, hand embroidery, smocking, and adda work.
- Identify sample-related issues and quickly resolve roadblocks for faster execution.
- Coordinate with the sampling operation team and ensure samples are completed on time and as per requirements.
- Check the quality and workmanship of finished samples.
- Maintain daily timesheets and sample status updates.
- Should be comfortable using WhatsApp for work coordination.
- Provide technical guidance to the team whenever required.
Candidate Requirements:
- Must have 6–7 years of relevant experience in garment sampling, preferably with mandatory experience in an export company.
- Candidate must have prior experience working in a garment export company.
- Strong technical knowledge of garment construction and sampling.
- Good knowledge of sample development, patterns, measurements, cutting, stitching, and finishing.
- Good team supervision and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and ensure fast sample execution.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Knowledge of treadle work, embroidery, hand embroidery, smocking, and adda work will be preferred.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
