Key Responsibilities
Generate leads through Up work, LinkedIn, email marketing, cold calling, and other outbound sales methods.
Handle domestic and international sales and communicate with global clients.
Perform outbound sales activities including cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach.
Schedule and conduct monthly client meetings (online/offline) to present services and close deals.
Understand client requirements and propose suitable IT service solutions.
Prepare proposals, quotations, and follow-ups with prospective clients.
Achieve assigned monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets.
Maintain a strong sales pipeline and update CRM records regularly.
Coordinate with technical and project teams for smooth service delivery.
Build long-term relationships with clients and ensure customer satisfaction.
Stay updated with industry trends and competitor offerings.

Sales Manager with experience in Inside sales, Presales and closing Sales. The individual to have strong marketing, sales & business development skills in IT Services Industry.
The individual should be well versed with Setting Targets, Creating Performance Plans, Maintaining Standards, Planning Sales Strategies, Optimizing Sales, Finding Client, coordinating with clients and Negotiating offers.
Experience selling project/solutions business successfully to US, UK, UAE region with reliable references.
Expert in Selling IT Application, Mobile Web Application Development Services in latest technologies.
Experience in qualifying opportunities in discussions with Client and following up for closure.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as reporting and presentation expertise.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience in IT service sales
Hands-on experience in lead generation via Upwork, LinkedIn, email campaigns, and cold calling.
Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
Good understanding of IT services and solution-based selling.
Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
