- Proven experience in sales, business development, or key account management, preferably in construction, real estate, or related sectors.
- Strong client relationship management, consultative selling, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to understand construction or real estate products, project timelines, and basic technical concepts to communicate effectively with clients.
- Solid communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English; knowledge of local languages is an advantage.
- Strong organizational, time management, and pipeline management abilities, including CRM or sales management tool proficiency.
- Results-driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Comfort working on-site in Bengaluru South, conducting regular client meetings, site visits, and in-person negotiations.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, engineering, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent professional certification is a plus.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and customer-centric focus.
- Willingness to work flexible hours based on client and project needs, including weekends when required.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
