Position: Senior HR Recruiter / Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

Eligibility:
- Any Graduate / Any Qualification
- Prior recruitment experience preferred
- Strong sourcing, screening, and stakeholder management skills
- Languages Required: English, Hindi & Kannada
- Laptop Mandatory
Compensation
CTC: ₹6.5 - 11.5 LPA
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for Tele sales or Inside Sales.
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through job portals and databases.
- Deliver 2 qualified immediate joiner candidates daily.
- Conduct initial screening and assess candidate suitability.
- Coordinate interviews and ensure candidate availability throughout the hiring process.
- Conduct and support candidate training sessions.
- Ensure candidates qualify for offer letters.
- Track candidate performance and support them in achieving daily targets after joining.
- Maintain a backup pipeline to manage dropouts and replacements.
- Submit daily recruitment and hiring reports.

Virtual Interview & Immediate Joiners Preferred.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹82,000.00 per month
