Role Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented intern to support Business Analysis activities. This role involves working closely with internal teams and clients to gather requirements, prepare documentation, and assist in identifying new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Understand client requirements and translate them into clear documentation (BRD, user flows, use cases)
2. Work with design (Figma) and development teams to ensure requirement clarity
3. Assist in preparing functional specifications and workflows
4. Support testing and validation of implemented features
5. Research potential clients, markets, and industry trends
6. Assist in lead generation and outreach activities
7. Support in preparing proposals, presentations, and pitch documents
8. Coordinate with internal teams for project estimations and scope discussions
Required Skills:
1. Strong communication and documentation skills
2. Basic understanding of web/app development lifecycle
3. Familiarity with tools like Figma, Google Sheets, or similar
4. Analytical thinking and problem-solving ability
5. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Good to Have:
1. Prior internship/project experience in BA role
2. Understanding of CMS platforms (e.g., Wordpress, Drupal, Shopify)
