About the Role
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Technical Product Manager to lead the development of AI-powered products and solutions. The ideal candidate will bridge business, engineering, and design teams to define product strategy, drive execution, and deliver innovative AI-driven experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute product vision, roadmap, and strategy.
- Gather business requirements and create detailed Product Requirement Documents (PRDs).
- Lead sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and product releases.
- Work closely with AI, Engineering, Design, and Business teams to deliver product goals.
- Evaluate AI tools, APIs, and third-party integrations.
- Monitor product performance, KPIs, and user feedback to drive improvements.
- Identify and mitigate AI-related risks, model behavior issues, and operational gaps.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful product adoption and growth.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
- 5+ years of Product Management experience in software or SaaS products.
- Strong understanding of system design, software architecture, and product lifecycle management.
- Experience managing Agile/Scrum projects and leading cross-functional teams.
- Ability to analyze data, define KPIs, and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with AI/ML-powered products and SaaS platforms.
- Knowledge of LLMs, AI agents, prompt engineering, and AI workflows.
- Hands-on exposure to tools such as LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGen, LangGraph, or similar frameworks.
- Understanding of AI governance, compliance, ethics, and risk management.
- Experience working with APIs, integrations, and cloud-based solutions.
