Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist walk-in customers in the showroom.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable Honda models.
- Conduct vehicle demonstrations and explain product features, specifications, and benefits.
- Generate and follow up on sales leads from various sources.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets assigned by the management.
- Assist customers with finance, insurance, exchange, and registration procedures.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with prospective and existing customers.
- Participate in promotional activities, roadshows, exhibitions, and marketing campaigns.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Coordinate with the delivery team to ensure smooth vehicle handover.
- Keep updated on Honda products, competitor activities, and market trends.
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance with dealership processes.
Required Qualifications
- Plus Two, Diploma, Graduate, or equivalent qualification.
- Prior experience in automobile sales is preferred; freshers with good communication skills may also apply.
- Valid two-wheeler driving license preferred.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
