- Perform ready goods assorting of gemstones as per quality, size, color, and clarity standards
- Accurately assort color stones according to company specifications
- Use eye glass and loupe for detailed inspection of gemstones
- Identify defects, inclusions, cracks, and color variations
- Maintain consistency and accuracy in sorting and grading
- Ensure proper handling and care of gemstones during assorting
- Follow company SOPs and quality guidelines
- Education: 8th / 10th / 12th Pass or Graduate
- Experience: 1 to 10 years in gemstone assorting or similar field
- Good knowledge of eye glass assorting
- Must know how to handle a loupe properly
- Good understanding of color stones (grading, shade matching, sorting)
- Prior experience in a gemstones manufacturing company preferred
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
