A pantry boy is an essential office support staff member responsible for managing daily pantry operations, ensuring a clean and hygienic environment, and providing refreshment services to employees and guests .
Key Responsibilities
- Refreshment Service: Prepare and serve tea, coffee, water, and simple snacks to staff, management, and visitors in a courteous manner.
- Cleanliness & Hygiene: Maintain strict cleanliness standards in the pantry, including washing cups and cutlery, cleaning countertops, and managing waste disposal.
- Inventory Management: Monitor the stock of pantry supplies (tea, coffee, sugar, snacks, paper towels, etc.) and inform management when restocking is needed.
- Meeting Support: Set up refreshments and assist with serving meals or beverages during board meetings, client visits, and corporate events.
- Equipment Maintenance: Ensure all kitchen equipment (coffee machines, microwaves, refrigerators) are kept in safe, working condition.
Qualifications
- Education: Minimum 10th pass or high school diploma.
- Experience: Previous experience in hospitality, catering, or a similar corporate pantry role is preferred, but often not mandatory.
- Appearance: A well-groomed and presentable appearance with a professional demeano
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per hour
