Work you’ll do

Support senior designers and art directors in the development of visual assets across print, digital, presentation, and social channels.

Execute assigned design tasks with attention to detail, ensuring alignment with brand standards, project requirements, and production specifications.

Contribute to brainstorming sessions by sharing ideas, visual references, and creative options.

Prepare, organize, and package files for print production, digital deployment, and internal handoff, maintaining accuracy and consistency.

Adapt existing creative assets across formats and channels while preserving visual integrity.

Incorporate feedback quickly and accurately from senior creatives and stakeholders.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams and respond effectively to changing project needs and timelines.

Stay current on design trends, tools, and techniques to continually strengthen craft and execution quality.

Qualifications
Required

Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.

0–3 years of relevant experience in Graphic Design or Visual Communication, including internships, freelance work, or full-time roles.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.

Familiarity with Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint.

Strong understanding of layout, typography, color, hierarchy, and composition.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Willingness to learn, take initiative, and respond positively to constructive feedback.

Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.

A portfolio demonstrating academic, freelance, or early professional work across multiple formats.
Preferred

Experience designing for social, digital, or presentation-based formats.

Exposure to Figma and basic motion/animation tools.

Experience working in a corporate, agency, or shared-services environment.
