Key responsibilities :
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, references, and social media
Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates
Conduct initial HR screening rounds
Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process
Handle end-to-end recruitment cycle
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers
Coordinate onboarding and joining formalities
Build good relationships with candidates and clients
Ensure timely closure of open positions
Required Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good knowledge of recruitment process
Experience with Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office
Ability to work under targets and deadlines
Good negotiation and coordination skills
